Precision Fuel & Hydration PF 30 Gel is a straightforward endurance gel that gives you 30g of carbohydrate in a mild, easy-to-take format. It suits runners, cyclists, triathletes, and other endurance athletes who want a simple fuelling option for training sessions, long rides, race rehearsal, and competition.
The texture is smooth and the flavour is light, which can make it easier to use late in a session when stronger flavours feel less appealing. Because it does not add caffeine or electrolytes, it fits easily into a wider fuelling plan alongside drinks, capsules, or other race-day products.
PF 30 Gel is Informed Sport certified and clearly labelled, so it is easy to track how much carbohydrate you are taking per hour. It can be used on its own for shorter sessions or combined with other Precision Fuel & Hydration products when you need to build a higher-intake fuelling plan.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Return Conditions
Returned items must be:

- Unused and undamaged
- In original packaging
- Complete (including accessories and documentation)

Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened packages
- Damaged or soiled items
- Products not in original packaging
- Used or partially consumed nutrition products
- Items returned incomplete
Refunds
Once the returned goods are received and inspected, refunds are issued within 14 days to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact info@endurancelab.ie within 48 hours.
If we are at fault, we cover return shipping and provide a replacement at no additional cost.
