Supreme Gainers combines fast-absorbing (whey) and slow-absorbing (casein) proteins rich in BCAAs. It is also composed of a complex of carbohydrates and a low-fat content, only 8g per serving (320g).

The proteins contained in this formula are obtained exclusively from whey, which has a very similar composition to the human muscle. Its digestion is faster, allowing an efficient protein synthesis at the muscular level. How to use?

Take one serving (8 scoops) a day. Take ½ portion (4 measures - 160g) 30-40 minutes before strength training and ½ portion (4 measures - 160g) immediately after training, or take ¼ portion (2 measures - 80g) 4 times a day - half of the morning, before training, after training and at bedtime. To prepare ½ portion, dilute four shallow measures in 640ml of water and to prepare ¼ portion dilute two shallow measures in 320ml of water.
